We are not a hosting company that sells individual packages. For organizations, agencies and developers we set up hosting configured to the need, on servers we operate ourselves. We tune the server to your site, we take the backups and we monitor availability. When there is a problem you don't wait in a call center queue; you reach the colleague who set up the server directly. We also migrate your site; you only tell us the cutover time that suits you.
The situations below are common on shared cheap packages. On a corporate site, each one means lost business directly.
When there are hundreds of sites on the same server, load time grows at busy hours; the visitor doesn't wait and the search engine takes note.
An old application wants old PHP, a new one wants new. On packages that impose a single version, you have to sacrifice one.
If the backup sits on the same disk, it is not a real backup. In a hardware failure the backup goes too.
