Corporate email is both a communication tool and a legal record. When confidentiality or KVKK notices depend on each user's Outlook settings, they may be missing or inconsistent, especially on messages sent from mobile devices. Para Disclaimer adds the required text at the server level, so users cannot omit or remove it and it appears consistently on every device.
When the disclaimer text is defined on the user side as part of the email signature, it is practically impossible for the same text to appear across the organization.
