Our courses are hands-on, not presentations you simply watch. Each participant follows the instructor on their own computer. Groups are limited to six participants, so everyone has time to ask questions and get help when needed. We can also arrange a private group for your organization and plan the schedule with you.
Both are introductory, user-level courses; system administration is outside their scope.

We are not a provider that sells mass packages. We work with a small number of organizations, getting to know their setup. The feedback we hear most is this: "When we call, we reach the technical team without waiting."
There is no ticket queue, no operator reading from a script, no "I passed it on to the relevant department" answer. You reach the colleague who knows the subject and talk through the solution with them.
You don't have to explain your system from scratch every time. Whoever set up your server is the one who looks at it when a problem occurs, and they approach it knowing its history.
If your need doesn't fit a standard package, we change the setup, not the package. As a team that has been in the field for years, we design the solution around your process.
